(Teacher’s Day Essay in Three Regional Issues Essay Hindi) युगों से हमारे समाज में शिक्षक वर्ग का स्थान अति सम्मान पूर्ण रहा है । कबीर जैसे सन्तों ने तो उसे ईश्वर से भी ऊपर स्थान दिया है । शिक्षक के द्वारा दी गई शिक्षा का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थी के सर्वांगपूर्ण विकास और उसके व्यक्तित्व की सम्पूर्णता के लिए सहायता प्रदान करना है । वैसे तो हर व्यक्ति जन्म से ही अपने साथ कई गुण लेकर उत्पन्न होता है, उसमें विशिष्ट दैवी ज्वाला प्रज्वलित होती है जो समय के साथ प्रकट होती जाती है । माता-पिता, सगे-सम्बन्धी गली-मोहल्ले के लोग, शिक्षक आदि उन गुणों का विकास कराने में उसके सहायक बनते हैं लेकिन शिक्षक वर्ग विशेष उद्देश्य से आत्ममन का विकास और व्यक्तित्व की सम्पूर्णता के लिए प्रयत्न करते हैं । मानव जीवन में शिक्षा के महत्त्व और शिक्षक के प्रति सम्मान प्रकट करने के लिए देश की स्वतन्त्रता प्राप्ति के पश्चात् पूर्व राष्ट्रपति सर्वपल्ली डॉ ० राधाकृष्णन के जीवन से सम्बन्धित करके सारे देश में पांच सितम्बर को शिक्षक दिवस मनाया जाता है । डॉ ० राधाकृष्णन निश्चित रूप से महान् दार्शनिक, लेखक और शिक्षाविद् थे और वह इस सम्मान के अधिकारी थे । इस दिन उन्हें एक महान् शिक्षक के रूप में याद किया जाता है । शिक्षण संस्थाओं में विशेष कार्यक्रम आयोजित करके उन्हें भावभीनी श्रद्धांजलि दी जाती है । विभिन्न राज्य सरकारें तथा केन्द्र सरकार अध्यापकों को उनकी सेवा के लिए सम्मानित करती है । वास्तव में शिक्षक दिवस कोई नया कार्यक्रम या पर्व नहीं है जिसका आरम्भ देश की स्वतन्त्रता प्राप्ति के बाद आरम्भ किया गया हो । यह तो हमारे देश में युगों से मनाया जाता रहा है । वर्तमान में इसके मनाये जाने का आधार बदलने का प्रयत्न अवश्य किया गया है । प्राचीन भारत में आषाढ़ शुक्ला पूर्णिमा को यह व्यास पूर्णिमा के नाम से मनाया जाता था । महर्षि वेद व्यास के ज्ञान-दीपक के सहारे से ही हमें भारतीय संस्कृति के वास्तविक दर्शन हुए थे । एक युग-दर्शक शिक्षक की तरह उन्होंने आने वाले युग में तत्कालीन विभिन्न समस्याओं पर कई तरह से विचार किया था तथा कई ग्रन्थों की रचना की थी । यह कहना अतिशयोक्ति नहीं है कि संसार का बहुत-सा ज्ञान व्यास जी के साहित्य की जूठन है । समाज में शिक्षक के प्रति दृष्टिकोण बार-बार बदला है । सतयुग में वह अतिविशिष्ट ब्रह्मऋषि के रूप में स्थित था तो क्रेता युग में पूजनीय था । द्वापर युग में राजनीति का चक्र वही घुमाते थे तो कलयुग में रोजी-रोटी का जुगाड़ बिठाने में ही वह अपना जीवन बिता देते हैं । एक समय था जब शिक्षक वर्ग के प्रति अन्य सभी वर्णों- धर्मों के लोग विशेष ध्यान देते थे और उनकी जीवन सम्बन्धी आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति किया करते थे ताकि वे पूरे मनोयोग और शान्त स्वभाव से अध्ययन- अध्यापन का कार्य कर सकें । शिक्षक सांसारिक विलास से मुंह मोड़ कर सादा जीवन व्यतीत करने में विश्वास करते थे । इसलिए वे अन्य वर्णों-वर्गों की तरह शान्त नहीं थे । धर्म, जाति और समाज के उत्थान के लिए वे कार्य करते थे और इस मार्ग में अवरोध उत्पन्न होने पर कई बार आपे से बाहर भी हो जाते थे । विश्वामित्र, यरशुराम आदि के क्रोध के ढेरों प्रसंग अन्यों में भरे पड़े हैं । वे मान लेते थे कि धन की देवी लक्ष्मी और ज्ञान की देवी सरस्वती सदा ही एक-दूसरी से विपरीत दिशा में चलती हैं । इसलिए शिक्षकों का निर्धन रहना उनके जीवन की विवशता थी । एक पौराणिक प्रसंग के अनुसार महर्षि भूगु अपने लोगों के दुःख को देख कर बहुत परेशान थे और वह चाहते थे कि भगवान् विष्णु स्वयं उनके कष्टों का निवारण करें । वह स्वयं भगवान् के पास गए । उस समय वे क्षीर सागर में नाग शैथ्या पर सो रहे थे । लक्ष्मी उनके पास बैठी उनकी देख-रेख कर रही थी । भगवान् विष्णु को गहरी निद्रा में देख भूगु गुस्से से भर उठे । अपने क्रोध पर वश न रखते हुए उन्होंने विष्णु को अपने पांव की ठोकर से जगाते हुए कहा, ‘ ‘पृथ्वी पर लोग इतने दु :खी है और आप गाड़ी निद्रा में पड़े हैं ?’ ‘ भगवान् विष्णु चौंक कर उठ बैठे और अपने सामने महर्षि भूगु को देख कर नम्रता से कहने लगे कि 6 भगवन्! मुझे क्षमा करें । क्या आपको चोट तो नहीं लगी? लेकिन धन की देवी लक्ष्मी एक पृथ्वी वासी के इस दुर्व्यवहार से अत्यन्त कुद्ध हुई और उसने उसे तभी श्राप दे दिया कि ‘आज से तुम्हारी जाति मेरी कृपा की पात्र नहीं रहेगी’ – तब से ब्राह्मण और शिक्षक निर्धनता के श्राप से पीड़ित हैं । लेकिन वर्तमान में शिक्षा और शिक्षण के आधारों में परिवर्तन आया है । अब यह वर्ग व्यवस्था का रूप नहीं है बल्कि अन्य धन्यों की तरह धन्धा बन चुका है । अब यह व्यवसाय का एक रूप है । कभी शिक्षक का कार्य करने वाले ब्राह्मण ही होते थे लेकिन अब तो सभी शिक्षितों के लिए यह रोजी कमाने का माध्यम है । प्राचीन वर्ग व्यवस्था में शिक्षकों की अपनी जाति थी । तब धन कमाना और संचय करना उनका ध्येय कदापि नहीं था लेकिन वर्तमान में ऐसा कदापि नहीं है । वह भी व्यापारिक बुद्धि के द्वारा अधिक-से – अधिक जीवन के सुख बटोरना चाहता है । यह उसके जीवन का अधिकार है लेकिन उसे कभी नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि उसका मानव जाति के उत्थान में मुख्य भाग है । उसे कर्त्तव्य की ओर अपना अनन्य मनोयोग अवश्य अर्पित करना चाहिए । उसे सदा याद रखना चाहिए कि उसके आचार-व्यवहार कृत्यों आदि का विद्यार्थियों पर सीधा प्रभाव पड़ता है । उसे आत्म-परीक्षण करके स्वयं को सुधारने का प्रयत्न करना चाहिए तथा मनोविज्ञान की पुरानी कहावत को सदा दुहराते रहना चाहिए- “चिकित्सक पहले अपनी चिकित्सा कर ।” हमारे इस blog पर आपको अलग-अलग विषयों पर बहुत सारे निबंध मिल जायेंगे, आप उन्हें भी नीचे दिए गए link को browse करके ज़रूर पढ़ें. हमें पूरी आशा है कि आपको हमारा यह article बहुत ही अच्छा लगा होगा.
